Not Guilty – Felony Theft By Taking

The Saul Firm represented a client in a jury trial in Cobb County Superior Court (Georgia/Metro-Atlanta) in August 2022 and secured a not guilty verdict.  Our client was charged with felony theft by taking and potentially faced multiple years in prison if found guilty.  We were happy to secure this favorable verdict at trial for our client, absolving him of these overreaching charges.
