Joseph Saul’s practice focuses on all aspects of criminal defense in State and Federal courts throughout Georgia. Joe has conducted jury trials in Superior and Federal court in Georgia, most recently an international money laundering conspiracy trial in Federal Court and a felony theft by taking trial in Cobb County Superior Court. Joe represents individuals charged with murder, RICO, sex crimes, drug crimes, fraud, DUIs and everything in between.
Prior to beginning his litigation practice, Joe clerked for The Honorable Charles A. Pannell, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a member of Georgia State’s Law Review. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Georgia.
